Sleepnest™

One of the most important decisions you can make for the care, comfort and health of your baby is the environment they spend much of their first few months of life in. Made from 100% wool, certified to be free of harmful substances, naturally breathable, sturdy and safe, Sleepnest™ is designed to give baby a safe and soft haven to snuggle up in – and to give you the freedom to always have them by your side.

The Sleepnest is made from Naturesclip™, a natural woollen material similar to a high density felt. The Sleepnest™ sides are flexible and soft to touch and its simple twin panel design ensures baby is fully cupped and supported during carrying with no load failure points. Selective placement of seam work creates a physically stable, durable architectural structure.

The Sleepnest™ mattress is designed with a layered lofted wool fill to support the body for physiological development. Nothing beats the superiority of wool for absorbing body moisture and regulating body temperature. Air is allowed to circulate within the lofted wool fill, keeping baby warm and dry without overheating. Perfect for a deeper, more restful sleep.

We recommend the use of our fitted fine merino covers with our mattresses as these will allow air to flow through the mattress effectively. The use of plastic mattress protectors and baby wedges inside the basket are not recommended.

Recommendations:

The Sleepnest™ Stand

has been designed to perfectly fit and compliment your Sleepnest™ baby bassinet. Beautifully crafted from FSC certified New Zealand Pine and with two easily adjustable heights:

Low level height - an ideal height to sit beside a parents bed - 385mm height off floor to the base of the Sleepnest

High level height - for standard nursery bassinet use - 490mm height off the floor to the base of the Sleepnest™.
